Remington Oaks has two great amenities, that being its "tot" playground and

swimming pool, both of which are for Remington Oaks residents and their guest

only.  All guest must be accompanied by the homeowners.  Resident children

utilizing these amenities that are under the age of 15 MUST also be

accompanied by the homeowners.

No other amenity in a residential community is enjoyed more than the community

swimming pool.  From the community perspective, a swimming can add value to

the each property appraised value and attract perspective buyers.  It's also seen

as a amenity that can bring residents of a community together; a gathering place

where people can meet, relax and socialize.

Managing and maintaining a community swimming  pool is a major investment in time,

energy and money.  In order for the pool to be safe, successful and enjoyable, its

management must address many issues including liability, usage regulations and

maintenance.  Proper management is the key to retaining a pool's value but it is a big job.

In order to limit our liability and expense, Remington Oaks has installed video surveillance

that records both the swimming pool and the playground.  We have also installed a key-card

system that allows owners access to the fenced-in pool areas.  As the card is "swiped" a

record is generated that shows the ownership of the card as well as a time stamp when

the resident enters and exits  A video recording of the transaction is also generated to ensure that the card being used is assigned to the homeowner.  Should the homeowner move away the card is either surrendered or deactivated.  If you are the homeowner listed with the Orange County Property Appraisers Office you can request a key-card by clicking on the "contact" page and sending an email.  Should you lose your key-card there is a $25.00 replacement fee.  All renters must request their key-card by contacting their landlord.
